One individual was rushed to a hospital with a stab wound as a possible suspect fled from police after being handcuffed throughout a chaotic scene in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday night.
Police responded to experiences of a stabbing close to the intersection of seventh and Flower streets in downtown L.A. round 5:40 p.m., based on Officer Melissa Podany, an LAPD spokeswoman.
