Police are investigating after a person bludgeoned a lady with a rock and robbed her in downtown Seattle early Tuesday.
Round 6 a.m., a lady flagged down an officer working an emphasis patrol within the 1500 block of third Avenue.
The lady, who was bloodied within the assault, informed police a person approached her at a bus cease, confirmed her that he was carrying a fist-sized rock, after which used it to strike her within the head. The person then stole her cellphone and fled.
